01 How it goes

Up the tree,
down to a swept yard.

Whether it is a scheduled removal or a limb through the roof at midnight, the job runs the same way — and it is not finished until the yard is clean.

01On the groundJustin comes out, walks the job with you and gives you a number. Estimates are free.
02The climbA climber goes up on ropes, or the boom goes up instead — whichever is safer for the tree and the house.
03In the canopyThe tree comes down in controlled pieces, lifted clear of the roof, the fence and the beds rather than dropped.
04A swept yardThen the part customers write about: everything raked, blown and hauled. Not a twig left where the tree was.

02 What we do

Big trees,
tight spaces.

“The Most Trusted Tree Service in Charlotte” — their words, and the reason is usually the equipment. A boom and a grapple saw take a tree out of a back garden without a truck ever touching the lawn.

Tree Removal

From a single leaning pine to a whole back lot. Crane-assisted where access is tight or the tree is over the house.

Trimming & Pruning

Deadwood out, weight off the limbs that overhang the roof, and shape kept so the tree still looks like a tree.

Stump Grinding

Ground out below grade so you can turf or plant straight over it. Same visit or booked on its own.

Storm & Emergency

Open 24 hours, 7 days. If something is on the house or across the drive, call or text and we will come out.

Crane Work

The boom and grapple saw let us lift sections out over a fence or a pool instead of dropping them.

Cleanup & Haul-Off

Chipped, loaded and gone. This is the part our reviews talk about more than anything else.

03 The work

Real jobs,
real crew.

Every photograph below is theirs — no stock, no library images.

And the thing they keep writing about is not the tree coming down. It is the yard afterwards — and the crew, by name.

05 The family

One pickup truck
and a small trailer.

Justin had been working for one of the largest tree companies in Charlotte when he decided to go out on his own. In their own words, he started “with just a pickup truck and a small utility trailer.”

It is still the family running it. Brandon, Justin's brother, handles the office — he is the one calling and texting you back. Their father Greg is out on the crew. Customers name them in reviews, along with Rafael, Dakota and Ben, which is what happens when the same people keep turning up.

06 Before you call

Questions we get
at odd hours.

Do you really answer at night?

Yes. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If a limb comes through the roof at 3am, call or text (704) 989-6270 and somebody picks up.

Do you use a crane?

Yes. For big removals we bring a boom and a grapple saw, which lets us take a tree down in controlled pieces and lift them clear of the house, the fence and the flower beds instead of dropping them.

What does it cost, and is the estimate free?

Estimates are free. Justin handles the assessment himself, walks the job with you and gives you a number before anything starts.

What do you do with the mess?

We clean up. It is the thing our customers mention most often in reviews — one put it as “there isn't a single twig or piece of debris left behind”. The yard should look better when we leave than when we arrived.

Do you grind the stump too?

Yes, stump grinding is one of our services and can be done at the same visit or booked on its own.

Which areas do you cover?

Charlotte and the surrounding towns — Matthews, Indian Trail, Waxhaw, Pineville, Marvin and Monroe in North Carolina, plus Fort Mill in South Carolina.
